99.992No action for damages or other proceeding shall be instituted against the Crown in right of the Province, the Minister, the Superintendent, or the administrator of either pension plan in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, while acting under the authority of this Act or the regulations with respect to a decrease in the value of the assets in the pension fund of either pension plan.
