Financial and Consumer Services Commission responsible for administration of the Act
91(1)The Financial and Consumer Services Commission is responsible for the administration of this Act.
91(2)Repealed: 2013, c.31, s.23
91(3)The Superintendent or the Financial and Consumer Services Commission may delegate in writing any power or duty of the Superintendent under this Act or the regulations to any person, subject to any limitation or condition set out in the delegation.

Minister responsible for Administration of Act
91(1)The Minister is responsible for the general administration of this Act and may designate persons to act on behalf of the Minister.
91(2)The Minister shall appoint a person employed under the Civil Service Act as Superintendent of Pensions.
91(3)The Superintendent may delegate in writing any power or duty of the Superintendent under this Act or the regulations to any person employed under the Civil Service Act, subject to the approval of the Minister and to any limitation or condition set out in the delegation.
