Request to Board on failure of Superintendent to act
79Notwithstanding the responsibility placed upon the Superintendent by this Act to refer matters to the Board for disposition, any interested person may, if the Superintendent fails or refuses to act in compliance with this Act, request in any form that the Board consider any matter that the Superintendent might have referred to the Board.
