Entering orders as judgments of the Court
78(1)If the Tribunal determines that a person has failed or refused to comply with an order of the Superintendent or the Tribunal without reasonable cause, the Tribunal may file a copy of the order in the Court of King’s Bench and the order shall be entered and recorded in the Court, and when entered and recorded becomes a judgment of the Court that may be enforced as a judgment obtained by the Tribunal in the Court.
78(2)All reasonable costs and charges attendant on the filing, entering and recording of an order under subsection (1) are recoverable as if the amount had been included in the order.
