Summons to appear to show cause
77(1)On the application of the Superintendent or any other interested person, the Tribunal may issue a summons requiring the person named in the summons to appear before the Tribunal to show cause why an order of the Superintendent or of the Tribunal has not been complied with and why a further order should not be made.
77(2)A summons issued under this section by the Tribunal may be served outside the Province, and a failure to appear by any person summoned shall not affect the ability of the Tribunal to act.

Summons to appear before Board to show cause
77(1)If an order of the Superintendent has not been complied with the Superintendent or any other interested person may apply to the Board for a summons requiring a person named in the summons to appear before the Board to show cause why the order has not been complied with and why a further order should not be made.
77(2)If
(a) an application has been made under subsection (1), or
(b) an order of the Board has not been complied with,
the Board may issue a summons requiring the person named in the summons to appear before the Board to show cause why the order has not been complied with and why a further order should not be made.
77(3)A summons issued under this section by the Board may be served outside the Province, and a failure to appear by any person summoned shall not affect the authority of the Board to act.
