Proceedings before the Tribunal
75(1)The Superintendent is a party to a matter appealed to the Tribunal and is responsible to present a case in support of a decision or order made by the Superintendent.
75(2)In a matter appealed to the Tribunal under section 73, the appellant, the Superintendent and any other person who, in the opinion of the Tribunal, is interested in or affected by the proceedings have the right to be heard.

Parties to proceedings before Board
75(1)The Superintendent is a party to any matter referred to the Board and is responsible to present a case in support of any decision or order made by the Superintendent.
75(2)In any matter referred to the Board under subsection 73(2), the person making the request under subsection 73(1), the Superintendent and any other person who, in the opinion of the Board, is interested in or affected by the proceedings have the right to be heard.
