Application of section 46
47Section 46 applies in respect of contributions, benefits and conditions in relation to
(a)
employment after the commencement of that section,
(b)
employment before the commencement of that section in so far as it is dealt with in an amendment made to the pension plan after the commencement of that section, and
(c)
employment before the commencement of that section in so far as it is dealt with in a pension plan established after the commencement of that section.
