Filing of annual information return and additional reports
15(1)The administrator of a pension plan shall file each year an annual information return in respect of the pension plan in the form provided by the Superintendent and shall pay the prescribed filing fee.
15(2)The administrator of a pension plan shall file additional reports at the prescribed times and containing the prescribed information.
