Effect of order or action
9The making of an order under section 6 or the taking of action by the Minister under section 8 in relation to a health hazard shall not
(a)
affect the validity or force of any other order that is made under this Act, whether before, during or after the making of that order or taking of that action, or
(b)
be interpreted or deemed by any person or court to indicate that the health hazard was caused by any person to whom the order is directed.
