Enforcement of fine for deemed conviction
87.1Despite section 87, if a defendant is deemed to have been convicted of an offence under section 16.91, the following means may be used to enforce payment of the fine:
(a)
an order for seizure and sale in accordance with section 88 if the defendant is a corporation, and
(b)
a payment order in accordance with section 89 if the defendant is not a corporation.
