Ticket reviewer

16.1(1)Subject to the regulations, if any, the Minister of Justice may appoint ticket reviewers.
16.1(2)A ticket reviewer shall carry out the functions or duties given to him or her under this Act or the regulations.
16.1(3) A ticket reviewer shall act in accordance with any general or specific directives issued by the Minister of Justice, or a delegate of that Minister, in carrying out his or her functions and duties.
