Enforcement of alimony or maintenance order of Supreme Court
9A person entitled to alimony or maintenance under a judgment or order of The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick or of the Court of Appeal may file a copy of the judgment or order in the court with a judge having jurisdiction where the person ordered to pay or the person entitled then resides, and when so filed it may be enforced by the judge in the same manner as an order made under the Family Services Act.
