Application for compensation
6.7(1)A student or a third party who has paid tuition fees on a student’s behalf may apply to the Minister, on a form provided by the Minister, for compensation under paragraph 6.41(5)(a) or (b).
6.7(2)The Minister may require from a student or a third party who has applied to the Minister for compensation under paragraph 6.41(5)(a) or (b) the information the Minister considers necessary to support the application.

6.7(1)A student, or a third party who has paid tuition fees on a student’s behalf, may, on a form provided by the Corporation, apply to the Corporation for compensation under paragraph 6.4(5)(a) or (b).
6.7(2)The Corporation may require from a student or a third party who has applied to the Corporation for compensation under paragraph 6.4(5)(a) or (b) such information as the Corporation considers necessary to support the application.
