Loan to Fund
6.5(1)The Minister, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, may make a loan to the Fund for the purposes of section 6.41.
6.5(2)A loan under subsection (1) shall
(a)
be in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Minister or specified in the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, and
(b)
be deposited by the Minister to the credit of the Fund.
