6.1The curriculum and the financial statements of a training organization obtained under this Act by the Minister are confidential and shall not be disclosed, or permitted to be disclosed, by the Minister unless
(a)
the training organization from which the curriculum or the financial statements were obtained or to which the curriculum or the financial statements relate consents in writing to the disclosure,
(b)
the disclosure is for purposes of the prosecution of an offence under this Act or the regulations, or
(c)
the disclosure is required for purposes of an investigation under section 7.
