27A person commits an offence punishable under Part 2 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence if the person
(a)
without lawful jurisdiction or excuse wilfully obstructs, hinders or resists the Ombud or any other person in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act,
(b)
without lawful justification or excuse refuses or wilfully fails to comply with any lawful requirements of the Ombud or any other person under this Act, or
(c)
wilfully makes any false statement to or misleads or attempts to mislead the Ombud or any other person in the exercise of his or her functions under this Act.
(a)
without lawful jurisdiction or excuse wilfully obstructs, hinders or resists the Ombudsman or any other person in the exercise of his functions under this Act,
(b)
without lawful justification or excuse refuses or wilfully fails to comply with any lawful requirements of the Ombudsman or any other person under this Act, or
(c)
wilfully makes any false statement to or misleads or attempts to mislead the Ombudsman or any other person in the exercise of his functions under this Act,
commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence.
(a)
without lawful jurisdiction or excuse wilfully obstructs, hinders or resists the Ombudsman or any other person in the exercise of his functions under this Act,
(b)
without lawful justification or excuse refuses or wilfully fails to comply with any lawful requirements of the Ombudsman or any other person under this Act, or
(c)
wilfully makes any false statement to or misleads or attempts to mislead the Ombudsman or any other person in the exercise of his functions under this Act,
commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence.
