35(1)Subject to subsection (2), where there is a committee or a health and safety representative at a place of employment and an officer has made an order under section 32, the officer
(a)
shall provide the committee or the representative with a copy of the order; and
(b)
may post a copy of the order in a prominent place at the place of employment or part thereof.
35(2)Where there is no committee or health and safety representative, the officer shall post a copy of the order in a prominent place at the place of employment or part thereof.
