Duties of contractor and subcontractor
10Every contractor and sub-contractor shall
(a)
comply with this Act, the regulations and any order made in accordance with this Act or the regulations; and
(b)
for every project site for which the contractor or sub-contractor, as the case may be, is responsible, take every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of any person having access to such project site.
