55 Subsection 3(1) of the Adult Education and Training Act, chapter A-3.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended
(a)
by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c)
shall establish and operate the institution named “New Brunswick College of Craft and Design” for the offering of post-secondary non-university programmes;
