Deemed references to a corporation
51Subject to section 53, an order made under any Act or regulation or an Order in Council, contract, lease or any other document made or issued and in effect immediately before the commencement of this section, that provides that a right, power, function or duty is or shall be vested in, conferred on or exercised, performed or discharged by, or there is a mention of or a reference to the Minister with respect to the Special Operating Agency, the right, power, function, or duty, unless the context otherwise requires, shall be vested in, conferred on or exercised, performed or discharged by one or the other or both of the corporations and the name of that corporation, unless the context otherwise requires, shall be substituted in the mention or reference.
