Orders for sale
44(1)In the judgment the judge may order that the estate or interest charged with the lien be sold allowing, however, a reasonable time for advertising the sale, and the sale shall be by the sheriff unless otherwise ordered and shall be in any manner permitted by the
Enforcement of Money Judgments Act.
44(2)The judge may direct the sale of any materials and authorize the removal thereof.
44(3)For conducting a sale, the sheriff shall be allowed the sum that the judge awards.
