84.2The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
(a)
prescribing one or more licences that are learner’s licences for the purposes of section 84;
(a.1)
prescribing one or more combinations of licences and endorsements to licences that are motorcycle learner’s licences;
(b)

(d)
respecting terms and conditions to be met by applicants for licences, permits or endorsements to be issued, given, renewed or reinstated and by the holders of licences, permits or endorsements;
(e)
respecting persons or classes of persons who are exempted under paragraph 84(9)(c) from the application of paragraph 84(8)(b) and establishing conditions respecting such exemptions.
