323When a person is advised that payment shall not be made except by order of a judge of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick, the person may apply to a judge of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick by way of summons, upon notice to the Minister, for an order directing payment out of the Fund of the amount in respect of the judgment to which he is entitled pursuant to the provisions of this Part.
