316.1Notwithstanding sections 311 and 313, where the Registrar or a judge of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick has dealt with an application by any person under those sections and refused to rescind, or vary the term of, the revocation and suspension of the person’s licence and driving privileges or the suspension of the person’s driving privilege, no application in respect to that revocation and suspension, or suspension, shall be made unless three years have elapsed since the disposal of the last application in respect of that revocation and suspension, or suspension.
