310.0021If a police officer makes a demand under subsection 320.27(1) or section 320.28 of the Criminal Code (Canada), the police officer may, if necessary, require the driver to accompany the police officer for the purpose of providing a sample of a bodily substance for an analysis by approved drug screening equipment.
