310.00011The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations prescribing drugs for the purposes of paragraphs 84(4)(e), (5)(d), 84.11(3)(e) and 91(1.01)(b) and subsections 310.02(5.1) and 310.021(6.1).
