(a) land withdrawn from prospecting and staking under subsection 13(7) or 15(6), section 25, subsection 84(4), section 86 or subsection 108(7);

(b) land that is an Indian reserve;

(c) land set apart as a Provincial park under the Parks Act;

(d) land set apart as a protected natural area under the Protected Natural Areas Act; and

(e) land set apart as a park under the National Parks Act, chapter N-13 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1970.
