30(1)Section 12 of the Defamation Act, chapter D-5 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “Sections 13 to 18” and substituting “Sections 15 to 18”.
30(2)Section 13 of the Act is repealed.
30(3)Section 14 of the Act is repealed.
30(4)Section 18 of the Act is amended
(a)
in subsection (1) by striking out “sections 13, 14 and 17” and substituting “section 17”;
(b)
in subsection (3) by striking out “sections 13, 14 and 17” and substituting “section 17”.
