124.43(1)Despite any other provision of this Act, the Minister may, without a hearing and in accordance with the regulations, cancel a licence referred to in subsection 72.2(1) or suspend the licence for a period of time the Minister considers appropriate if the licensee has been convicted of an offence under section 33 of the
Gaming Control Act that took place within the premises in respect of which the licence was issued.
