68At any time before the granting of an order for the administration of a reciprocal deposit, the Superintendent of Insurance of each reciprocating province may enter into an agreement to use all or any part of the securities deposited for the purpose of reinsuring all or any part of the risks of the insurer outstanding in all or any of those provinces.
