60If a claim in respect of a loss that occurred before the termination date is filed after the receiver has applied to the court under subsection 59(1) and before the final order of the court discharging the receiver, the claimant is entitled to share in the distribution of the money remaining in the hands of the receiver upon proof of his claim and upon such terms and conditions as the court may direct.
