54(1)The receiver may apply to the court from time to time for an order authorizing him
(a)
to sell or realize upon all or any portion of the securities comprised in the deposit of the insurer, and
(b)
to pay from the proceeds thereof the costs of the administration of the deposit including salaries of office staff, office expenses, the fee for the services of the receiver, fees and disbursements to adjusters and solicitors, and such other costs and expenses as the court deems proper.
54(2)The court may require the receiver to give such notice of the application in such manner as the court may require.
54(3)After hearing the application, the court may make the order and may require the receiver to comply with such conditions as the court may direct.
