53The Court, by the order appointing a receiver or by any subsequent order, may specify the powers that the receiver may exercise, in respect of the accounts of the insurer, in taking an account of the claims against the deposit, and the receiver shall have these powers as well as all other powers enjoyed by a receiver appointed under an order of the Court.
