Administration of deposit
46(1)An application for administration of a deposit shall be made by originating notice of motion to a judge of The Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick.
46(2)The application shall be made in the county or district
(a)
in which the head office of the insurer is situate, or
(b)
in which the chief office of the insurer in New Brunswick is situate, if its head office is outside New Brunswick.
