37The expression “approved securities” in sections 37 to 70 inclusive means only such securities as are authorized for the investment of trust funds under the law of the province in which they are offered for deposit and approved by the Superintendents of insurance of this and the several provinces of Canada in which the insurer is carrying on business, and with which the Province has a reciprocal arrangement respecting deposits.
