Agents, brokers, adjusters and damage appraisers generally
366If the Superintendent refuses a licence to an agent, broker, adjuster or damage appraiser, or in case the Superintendent suspends or revokes such a licence, he shall on demand state in writing his reasons therefor, and any person who deems himself aggrieved by the decision of the Superintendent may appeal therefrom to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, and in case of an appeal the decision of the Superintendent suspending or revoking a licence does not take effect until after the hearing and disposition thereof by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
