Violation of provision of Act
36The Superintendent may suspend, cancel or refuse to renew the licence of an insurer who has violated a provision of this Act.

Cancellation of licences
36The Superintendent shall report to the Minister any violation of any of the provisions of this Act by a licensed insurer and thereupon the Minister may, in his discretion, suspend or cancel or refuse to renew the insurer’s licence.
