Prohibition against carrying on business without a licence

351No person shall carry on business, act or offer or undertake to act or represent themselves in the Province as an adjuster, agent, special insurance broker or restricted insurance representative, unless the person
(a)
holds the appropriate licence issued under this Act, or
(b)
is exempted under this Act or the regulations from the requirement to hold the licence.
351No person shall act or offer or undertake to act or represent himself as an insurance agent, broker, adjuster or damage appraiser in this Province unless he holds a subsisting licence issued under this Act or is otherwise authorized to do so under this Act.
