Reciprocal or inter-insurance exchanges
332(1)Upon an exchange complying with the provisions of this Part, the Superintendent may issue a licence in accordance with a prescribed form.
332(2)The Lieutenant-Governor in Council or the Financial and Consumer Services Commission, as the case may be, may prescribe the form of licence to be issued under subsection (1).
