326.6An account filed with the Superintendent under subsection 326.2(4), except so far as mistake or fraud is shown, is binding and conclusive upon all interested persons as to all matters shown in the account and the trustees’ administration thereof, unless the Superintendent, within six months of the date upon which the account is filed with him, requires in writing that such account be filed and passed before a judge of the court.
