267.7(2)Where an insurer is convicted of an offence under subsection 267.2(1.1) or subsection 267.3(1), or the regulations, the Superintendent may suspend or cancel the licence of the insurer.

Rates for automobile insurance
267.7(1)An insurer who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of sections 267.2 to 267.51 or the regulations commits an offence and is liable upon conviction to a fine of not less than two hundred and fifty dollars and not more than five thousand dollars.
267.7(2)Where an insurer is convicted of an offence under sections 267.2 to 267.51, or the regulations, the Minister may suspend or cancel the licence of the insurer.
