266.6When a person is advised that payment shall not be made except by order of a judge of the court, the person may apply to a judge of the court by way of Notice of Application, upon notice to the Facility Association, for an order directing payment by the Facility Association of the amount in respect of the judgment to which the person is entitled under sections 266.2 to 266.993.
