239The insurer is not liable under a contract evidenced by a motor vehicle liability policy for any liability,
(a)
imposed by any workmen’s compensation law upon any person insured by the contract;
(b)
Repealed: 1985, c.41, s.6
(c)
resulting from bodily injury to or the death of any employee of any person insured by the contract while engaged in the operation or repair of the automobile.
