Right of insurer to be licensed
10The Superintendent shall determine the right of an insurer to be licensed under this Act.

Duties respecting licences
10The Superintendent shall determine the right of any insurer to be licensed under this Act, subject to appeal, and to the right of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council or of the Minister to suspend or cancel any licence as hereinafter provided.
