358.2(1)A decision of the Superintendent referred to below may be appealed to the Tribunal within 30 days after the date of the decision:Â
(a)
refusing to issue, renew or reinstate a licence under this Part;
(b)
suspending or revoking a licence under this Part;
(c)
imposing a term and condition on a licence under this Part;
(d)
prohibiting an individual from soliciting, negotiating, selling or arranging insurance on behalf of a restricted insurance representative under subsection 352(26);
(e)
prohibiting a damage appraiser from acting as a damage appraiser under this Act; or
(f)
any other decision prescribed by regulation.
358.2(2)Despite subsection (1), the Tribunal may extend the period for appealing a decision, before or after the expiration of the time, if it is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for an extension.
