5With the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, the Minister may enter into contracts with the Crown in right of Canada respecting the payment by Canada of any portion of the aggregate cost to the Province of providing social services, including financial support to adults under this Act.

5With the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, the Minister of Families and Children or the Minister of Seniors and Long-Term Care, as the case may be, may enter into contracts with the Crown in right of Canada respecting the payment by Canada of any portion of the aggregate cost to the Province of providing social services, including financial support to children or adults under this Act.
