142.01(1)In this section
“cost of the social services” includes the cost of future social services.(coût des services sociaux)
142.01(2)The Minister may, in accordance with the Insurance Act, impose a levy for the purpose of recovering the cost of the social services provided to persons under Parts I, II and III of this Act as a result of personal injuries arising out of the use or operation of a motor vehicle registered in the Province.

142.01(2)The Minister of Families and Children or the Minister of Seniors and Long-Term Care, as the case may be, may, in accordance with the Insurance Act, impose a levy for the purpose of recovering the cost of the social services provided to persons under Parts I, II and III of this Act as a result of personal injuries arising out of the use or operation of a motor vehicle registered in the Province.
