Obligations after filing of support order
122.3(1)Where a support order has been filed with the court under section 122.2, the person against whom the support order was made shall, within fourteen days after the filing of the support order, provide the court with the information required by regulation and shall
(a) make an arrangement with an income source, in accordance with the regulations, whereby the income source agrees to pay the money payable under the support order into court,
(b) request a court administrator to make a Payment Order under section 125, or
(c) file with the court security in the manner and amount set by regulation to secure payment of the support order.
122.3(2)If the person against whom a support order is made does not comply with subsection (1) within the time set by subsection (1), a court administrator may make a Payment Order under section 125 directing an income source to pay to the court the amount payable under the Payment Order.
