Offence to obstruct or interfere with Minister
12Any person who obstructs or in any way interferes with the Minister, or a person authorized by the Minister under paragraph 3(1)(b) to exercise any authority, power, duty or function conferred on the Minister under this Act, in the exercise of any such authority, power, duty or function commits an offence.

12Any person who obstructs or in any way interferes with the Minister of Families and Children or the Minister of Seniors and Long-Term Care, as the case may be, or a person authorized by a Minister under paragraph 3(1)(b) to exercise any authority, power, duty or function conferred on him or her under this Act, in the exercise of any such authority, power, duty or function commits an offence.
