Permit respecting wildlife
38(1)Every person who, without a permit issued under paragraph 90(1)(
a) or (
d), takes any wildlife into captivity or keeps it in captivity commits an offence.
38(2)Every person who, without a permit issued under paragraph 90(1)(
c), releases from captivity in the Province any wildlife commits an offence.
